PURPOSE: A structure of tailgate bar of vehicle is provided to fold and insert a tailgate bar in a tailgate, so that the tailgate bar do not affect the visual perception on a number plate and collision performance of a rear bumper is ensured. CONSTITUTION: A structure of tailgate bar of vehicle comprises a tailgate(1) in which an accommodation space is provided to allow a tailgate bar(10) to be accommodated therein and an accommodating and releasing device for allowing the tailgate bar(10) to be accommodated in the accommodation space of the tailgate(1) and to be released therefrom. Accordingly, visual perception on a rear number plate(2) do not affected by the tailgate bar(10) and the performance of a rear bumper(3) is ensured.
