Brush manufacturing machine has mould halves, one of which, contains cassette with channels into which ends of bundles of bristles are inserted for bonding together by injection molding and which is fitted with sealing plate. Brush manufacturing machine has two mould halves (9a, 9b). One of these (9a) contains a cassette (6) with channels (7) into which the ends of bundles (2) of bristles are inserted so that they can be bonded together by injection molding. One of the mould halves is fitted with an evacuation system and the cassette has a sealing plate (11) which is fitted on the side away from where the mould halves meet and gives air-tight sealing of the channels in the cassette.
