CRUSHING AND MIXING MACHINE FOR MANUFACTURING BEAN CURD

PURPOSE: A crushing and mixing machine for manufacturing bean curd is provided to simply manufacture bean curd offhandedly by feeding dry beans and water into a hopper so that bean is crushed by a crushing and mixing machine installed under the hopper and soaked in water. CONSTITUTION: The machine comprises a crushing part comprising a pair of helical gears and spur gears so that dry beans are first crushed, and a mixing part (40) comprising a plurality of cutter blades (30) so that the crushed beans in the crushing part are again pulverized in the rotating, pulverizing and pressing method.
