PURPOSE: The test device for controlling an electronic sensor is provided to promote the practicality of electronic appliances by making a good use of the feature of a sensor and to lead a learner to the world of a sensor, from the beginner to the advanced course. CONSTITUTION: The electronic sensor control test device comprises sensor modules(20), a main-board(30), an instrumentation device(60), a PC interface card(40), and an output unit(70). The sensor modules(20) are composed of regular sensors, like a solar battery, an infrared transmitter, a gas sensor, etc, as the subject of the basic and advanced experiment. The main-board(30), which is connected with the sensor modules(20), analyses the analog signal, transferred from the outer sensor, and the data, transferred from a personal computer via the PC interface card(40), by the instrument device(60). The instrument device(60), which is composed of an oscilloscope, a logic analyzer, a multi meter, etc, enables the main-board(30) to interface. The PC interface card(40) plays a role of the intermediation between the main-board(30), linked to the sensor modules(20), and the personal computer(50), linked to the output unit(80). The output unit(70), controlled by the personal computer(50), outputs to check the signal, transferred from the main-board(30), visually or literally. The sensor modules(20) and the main-board(30) comprise the Stand Alone System(10).
