PURPOSE: The method for removing false alarms in an exchange is provided to remove false alarms for a processor, a device or a user function block in real time. CONSTITUTION: An exchange to execute a method for removing a false alarm consists of an operator terminal(100), a CCP(Central Control Processor)(110), a subsystem(120) and a device(130). The CCP(110) is comprised of a control unit(111), a fault maintenance block(112), an OS(Operating System)(113), a user function unit(114) and a storage unit(115). The control unit(111) controls execution according to a command transmitted from the operator terminal(100) and outputs an execution result to the operator terminal(100). The user function unit(114) is composed of n numbers of user function blocks. The storage unit(115) stores alarm information collected for the user function unit(114). The subsystem(120) is comprised of a control unit(121), a fault maintenance block(122), an OS(123), a user function unit(124), a telephony processor OS(125) and a storage unit(126). The control unit(121) announces an execution result to the control unit(111) of the CCP(110). The user function unit(124) is composed of n numbers of user function blocks. The telephony processor OS(125) requests the present alarm status or alarm information to the firmware(131) of the device(130) according to a request of the fault maintenance block(122). The storage unit(126) stores each alarm information collected for the software alarm of the user function unit(124), the software alarm and hardware alarm of the device(130) and the hardware alarm of the subsystem(120).
