MODULATION IC(INTEGRATED CIRCUIT) SOCKET

PURPOSE: A modulation IC socket is provided to apply a socket for IC inspection to every kind of IC with only a partial module alternating by composing an IC socket with a modulation design. CONSTITUTION: A base unit(100) includes a contact pin which is to be connected with a large module and heightens a rigidity of assembly by an elastomer. An interposer(200) includes a contact pad and a lead line for transmitting a signal to a contact face, and has a position fixing hole. An adapter unit(300) includes a depressor for setting or isolating an IC and establishes a position. A cover unit(400) includes a spring and a cover, and moves with the depressor to set or isolate the IC when the cover moves up and down.
