<p>A heat pump, comprising a cycle system (12) having a steam separating part (20), a compressor (30), and a main heat exchanger (40) connected to each other in that order, wherein an air space (22) and a steam space (23) are formed dividingly, through a steam premeable film (21), inside the steam separating part (20), the mixed air of ventilated exhaust and outside air is fed, as heat source air, into the steam space (23), steam contained in the heat source air is separated through the steam permeable film (21), the separated steam is fed to the main heat exchanger (40) after being compressed by the compressor (30), and the steam fed from the compressor (30) is condensed in the main heat exchanger (40) and air to be heated in a service system (13) is heated by a condensation heat produced due to the condensation.</p> |
