PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bricks using only yellow earth without a drying step is provided to give compression strength and prevent brick from being cracked and shrunk due to pestle and marginal angle in extruding yellow earth CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: grinding impurities-removed yellow earth to an effective size in a tank(10); carrying it to a hopper(14) by a conveyor(12); mixing and loading into an extruder(18); extruding by a high pressure(150t) cylinder(20) to spread the pressure uniformly through a pestle pin(24) and a forming piece of marginal angle(22a, 32a) on a compression plate(22). The resultant brick has a pestle-shaped hole(2) and a concave at its end sides in the brick body and marginal angles at the corner. |
