The invention relates to a reverse flow unit for receipt and transport of fuel in a common-rail injection system of an internal combustion engine, comprising a high pressure accumulator connected to several injectors (2 to 4) and a high pressure pump wherein fuel transported from a fuel tank issubjected to high pressure, said unit having several connections (6 to 10) for supplying and evacuating fuel. Said reverse flow unit is built as a one-piece unit making said reverse flow unit easy to assemble.
