A heat exchanger, comprising a tube allowing medium to flow and fins provided on the tube and being formed by assembling the tube and fins with each other and applying a heat treatment thereto, wherein a member forming the tube is formed by providing a sacrificing material made of A-Zn alloy on a core material made of Al-Mn alloy, and members forming the fins are bare materials formed by partially providing brazing filler metal containing Si on the surface thereof.
