PURPOSE: A product packing process and an apparatus thereof are provided to prevent damage to products during a clamping process and impact to products during a packing process. CONSTITUTION: A process comprises a first process for sensing the approach of a product(30) and rotating the product in 180 degrees when the products are entered, and a second process of allowing a worker to cover the product rotated in the first process with a package box(140) and rotating in 180 degrees the product covered with the package box. The first process and the second process are performed by a rotation apparatus(200). The rotation apparatus includes product support boards(210,220); a product sensor(230) mounted to the product support boards, and a rotation unit for rotating the product support boards. The rotation unit includes a motor(241) installed beneath the product support boards, and a fan belt(242) for transmitting the rotational force to a pulley arranged at the outside of the product support boards.
