DUPLEXER DIELECTRIC FILTER

PURPOSE: A duplexer dielectric filter is provided to obtain load capacitance and coupling capacitance with desired size by forming an open area in the receiving filtering region of the dielectric block. CONSTITUTION: A duplexer dielectric filter comprises a dielectric block(101) formed of facing upper surfaces(103) and facing side surfaces(105), and a portion of which is coated with a conductive material; a first filtering region(110) penetrating through upper and bottom surfaces of the dielectric block, and which has a resonator with a resonant hole(107) coated with a conductive material so as to filter the first input signal; a second filtering region(120) penetrating through upper and bottom surfaces of the dielectric block, and which has a resonator with the resonant hole coated with a conductive material so as to filter the second input signal; receiving and transmitting ports(112a,112b) formed of the conductive material coated at the side surface of the dielectric block and an isolated electrode region, and which perform signal receiving/transmitting operation; an antenna port(112c) formed of the conductive material coated at the side surface of the dielectric block and the electrode region, and which is interposed between the first and second filtering regions of the dielectric block; and an open region(125) formed at least one of side surfaces of the dielectric block, and which is prevented from being coated with the conductive material for controlling the coupling capacitance and the load capacitance of the resonator.
