SILICON-BASED PAPER COATING AGENT AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SAME

PURPOSE: A silicon-based paper coating agent is provided, which is excellent in water resistance and obtained by mixing 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and trichlorophenylsilane, hydrolyzing with toluene as a solvent, and has excellent heat resistance and releasing property. CONSTITUTION: This paper coating agent of formula 1 is prepared by a process consisting of: preparing a first product by mixing 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and trichlorophenylsilane in a molar ratio of 2:3 using toluene as a solvent, adding a flame retardant and a hardening agent and heating at 430 to 500deg.C in 30% hydrochloric acid; and adding a defoaming agent and a coupling agent to the first product in a molar ratio of 0.01 respectively and hydrolyzing at 200 to 240deg.C.
