PURPOSE: A universal serial bus connector for a subordinate electronic device and an electronic device having thereof are provided to perform a mutual data communication by enabling a subordinate electronic device having a USB device to be connected to a USB host and a hub through a USB connector. CONSTITUTION: A plug is equipped in one side or both sides of a USB cable, and enables subordinate electronic devices(200, 300, 400) to be electronically connected to a host(100 or 500). A socket has an inner space capable of insertion and drop out. The plug is equipped as a tubular type housing. The socket is equipped in one side of each body of a computer system(100), a portable computer(500) or the subordinate electronic devices(200, 300, 400).
