PURPOSE: To provide a customer service managing device, with which data are exchanged between all terminals or equipment by radio, the terminal is driven by a battery and can be carried and an order, the provision of a service, cooking, serving and further the settlement of accounts are totally managed. CONSTITUTION: This device has portable ordering terminals(10,30), which are driven by batteries, capable of reading service contents and selectively ordering any one of service contents, an order receiving terminal(16) capable of receiving and displaying order data from the ordering terminals, an account settling machine(17) for calculating and displaying the account by receiving account settling instructions from the ordering terminals(10,30) and a shop controller(20) for exchanging data mutually among the ordering terminals(10,30), the order receiving terminal(16) and the account settling machine(17). Data exchange among the ordering terminals(10,30), the order receiving terminal(16), the account settling machine(17) and the shop controller(20) is performed via radio.
