摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tasty coffee beverage or a tasty tea beverage each produced so that the taste of milk or sweetness of sugar brings up the original taste or flavor of the coffee or the tea rather than spoiling them when adding milk or sugar to the beverages respectively, and also respective tastes, richness, flavor and mildness of the sugar and/or milk get in harmony with the taste of the coffee or the tea. SOLUTION: The method for extracting coffee comprises moisturizing roasted and pulverized coffee beans with water having normal temperature or less, and draining the water having the normal temperature or less followed by extracting the coffee using water heated to≥95°C. The method for extracting tea comprises moisturizing tea leaves with water having normal temperature or less, and draining the water having normal temperature or less followed by extracting tea using the water heated to≥95°C.
