PURPOSE: A coupling for pipe joint is provided to simply combine the pipe joint by substituting the socket-type coupling drawing the external protrusion of the joint part on the cylindrical end part inserting the joint part of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: In a coupling for pipe joint, an insertion groove is formed on both side of the inner circumference in the center of a socket(10) with a packing(12). The socket forms several drawing paths(14) on the inner circumference in both side of the socket at regular intervals, and a circular joint path(13) to be connected with the drawing path. Both pipes(1,1a) formed with several protrusions(2,2a) on the outside of a joint part to correspond several drawing paths are inserted in the packing of the center of a socket(10). Several protrusions are inserted in the drawing path, and rotated in the joint path, and then, moved to the joint path placed among the drawing path. Screw hole(15) is through the middle part of the joint path, and a bolt intercepts an inner path. |
