A hooking unit (4) takes two positions at the receptacle, where hooking unit is terminated by a hook (44) for suspending the device. An electrical circuit is open and the diode is not supplied with electricity by batteries (3) in one position and the circuit is closed and the diode is supplied with electricity by the batteries (3) in other position.
