<p>In the present invention there is disclosed a flexible absorption article used underneath underwear and optionally containing protective side flaps comprising a back layer with a surface turned toward the underwear and an absorption core, whereby the surface turned toward the underwear comprises adhesive (22) for adhesion of the article to the underwear, where the adhesive (22) actual adhesive surface and theoretical adhesive surface (24) are inside an infinite line that is the shortest terminating line of the adhesive surface, which does not overlap the circumference if the surface turned toward the underwear and whereby the back layer is permeable to water vapor and comprises a layer that is impervious to a liquid but permeable to water vapor. Ratio of the actual adhesive surface to the surface turned toward the underwear is within the range of 0.2 do 0.8, ratio of the theoretical adhesive surface (24) to the surface turned toward the underwear is within the range of 0.6 do 1.0 in the article with protective side flaps and the article elasticity ranges between 1300 to 5000 mg x cm, measured according to ASTM D1388 procedure.</p> |
