In the present invention there are disclosed camptothecin derivatives of the general formula 1, in which the general symbols have specific meaning and which represent substances exhibiting cytotoxic antitumor activity. Therefore they can be used in the form of a pharmaceutical preparations, forming also the part of the present invention for treating malign tumors. In the present invention there are also described Process for preparing the above-indicated substances.
