<p>The invented stabilization method of enzymes in cells of microorganisms, particularly of V-penicillinamidase enzyme in cells of Cryptococcus sp. CCY 17-22-1 yeast is characterized in that surface of microorganisms is covered with a layer of being 0.1 to 5.0 micrometer thick, which polyparaxylylene contains repeating units of the general formula I, in which x represents the integer 0 to 2 inclusive, n represents the number of units in the polymer chain ranging from 300 to 5000, and R represents an aromatic nucleus substituent being selected from a group comprising methyl, ethyl, chlorine or cyano.</p> |
