APPARATUS FOR TESTING FLAT TYPE ELECTRIC DEVICE

A flat-panel type electric part test device is provided to minimize the waste of time by reducing the number of change kits by adjusting only a gap of each conveyor unit when the kind and size of electric parts to be tested are changed. A flat-panel type electric part test device is composed of bases(11,12); a first conveyor unit(21) installed at the base to be circulated; a second conveyor unit(22) separated from the first conveyor unit by a predetermined gap and arranged in parallel to the first conveyor unit; plural holding members(30) movably installed at the first and second conveyor units to releasably fix both sides of an electric part between the first and second conveyor units; a test head(50) mounted between the first and second conveyor units and equipped with a test socket electrically connected with the electric parts to test electrical performance of the electric parts; and a driving unit moving the holding members by a predetermined pitch by moving the first and second conveyor units by a predetermined distance.
