NET-TYPE LINE SURFACE HEATER

A net-type line surface heater using flame retardant conductive yarn is provided to prevent combustion by using flame-retardant conductive yarn coated with special flame-retardant material as weft yarn. In a net-type line surface heater using flame retardant conductive yarn, a warp part consists of warp yarn comprising first and second insulating mono yarn in one group. A weft part consists of flame-retardant conductive yarn and weft yarn comprising third and forth mono yarns are in one group. The third and forth mono yarn is closely contacted and arranged along a lengthwise direction of both sides of the flame-retardant conductive yarn. The warp and weft parts have a net-type heater(100) and an electrode part(200). The net-type heater(100) is woven by crossing plain weave and leno weave as fancy leno weave. The electrode part(200) is located in both sides and a center of the heater(100). The belt-type electrode part(200) is woven closely by the warp part and a plurality of conductive wire groups, which consist of two conductive wires respectively, as the plain weave. The electrode part(200) has a three-way-divided connecting structure. The two conductive wires are convergent in the electrode part(200) after the two conductive wires are electrically contacted to the adjacent group positioned on left and right by alternating up and down in regular intervals.
