METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING COVER SHEET OF FACSIMILE

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a cover sheet of a facsimile is provided to allow a user to input various information of fax data through a manipulation panel of a MFP(multi-function peripheral). CONSTITUTION: The first process is to determine whether a function of transmitting fax data is selected(S1), If the function of transmitting fax data is selected, the second process is to scan a manuscript and to generate binary fax data(S2). The third process is to request to input information about the generated fax data in prescribed order(S3). The fourth process is to determine whether input of the information about the fax data through a manipulation panel is completed(S4). The fifth process is to edit the inputted information about the fax data corresponding to a cover sheet form(S5). The sixth process is to transmit the edited cover sheet and the scanned fax data to a remote place(S6).
