PURPOSE: A fabricated type grill for skewed food is provided to carry out assembling and disassembling of the grill easily for any heating devices and improve the convenience of use by using the grill without electricity by employing a wind-up spring as a driving element. CONSTITUTION: A fabricated type grill for skewed food includes a cooking fan(2), a cooking plate(5) having at least more than one space part for rotating grills(3) for skewing food, a plurality of opening parts(6) at lower and side portions of the rotation space part for inducing heat, an end part formed with U shape holding parts(7) to catch the grills, and the other end part formed with holding parts(8), and a rotation unit(10) having assembling and connecting elements(9) to be assembled and fixed into the holding parts of the cooking plate.
