PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intertilling and fertilizing apparatus having a simplified driving system structure. SOLUTION: The intertilling and fertilizing apparatus is composed of a driving means 16 for moving a main body 12 driven by the rotation of a driving member rotating shaft 15, a digging blade rotating shaft 31 attached to the main body 12 perpendicular to the moving direction of the main body 12 and rotating in the same direction as the rotating direction of the driving member rotating shaft 15, a spiral blade 33 radially extending from the digging blade rotating shaft 31 by attaching the base part to the shaft, rotating around the digging blade rotating shaft 31 and also around an imaginary center line 34 extending from the base toward the tip and a fertilizer discharging pipe 41 having cylindrical form, placed behind the rotating direction of the spiral blade 33, radially extending from the digging blade rotating shaft 31 by attaching its base to the shaft and discharging a supplied fertilizer from the tip end of the pipe.
