PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cake administration form enabling easy administration of a cholesterol reducing agent. SOLUTION: A cholesterol reducing agent such as stanol, sterol, sterol ester, stanol ester and oryzanol is mixed to a cake base. The weight ratio of the cholesterol reducing agent to the fat component in the cake base is adjusted to about 1:10 to 10:1. The material suitable as the cake base is chocolate, nougat, caramel, tuffy, fudge, hard candy, etc. |
