PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a processed food of vegetative agricultural and marine product, capable of increasing flavor and palatability of vegetative agricultural and marine product and shortening a treatment time and to provide the processed food of vegetable agricultural and marine product. SOLUTION: A vegetative agricultural and marine product is formulated with water and a plant tissue hydrolyzing enzyme and ground in a solution by a bio-mill reactor 10 so that a hard vegetable tissue contained in the vegetative agricultural and marine product is finely granulated by a mechanical shear and pulverized efficiently in a short time by a synergism with an enzyme action by the plant tissue hydrolyzing enzyme. Consequently, a processed food of vegetative agricultural and marine product having no waste, containing a large amount of dietary fiber and various kinds of minerals, having neither astringency nor bitterness, excellent feeling on the tongue, good touch in passing the throat, excellent flavor and palatability is obtained. |
