PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a titanium honey comb wherein a spreading is performed without a hindrance, cleaning and removing of a mold release agent is made easy and scattering of a mold release powder, generation of speckles are restrained because reaction between a base metal and the mold release agent is restrained at the time of diffusion joining. SOLUTION: A mold release agent 1 used in this method comprises a mold release powder containing 3A group element oxide powder at 5 wt.% or more but 60 wt.% or less, a binder containing a polyvinyl system resin such as a polyvinylbutyral at 1 wt.% or more but 40 wt.% or less and a solvent at 30 wt.% or more but 94 wt.% or less. Furthermore, a mixed solvent is used as a solvent whose boiling point is 100 deg.C or more but 300 deg.C or less, while mutual boiling point is different each other. |
