PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sink hard to be stained for an extended period of time and easily cleanable by making the roughness of the surface of the glaze layer of a water faucet device fitting face lower than a specified value with a tracer type surface roughness tester. SOLUTION: The washstand is made up by providing a sink 2, on the surface of which a glaze layer is formed, a water faucet device 1 arranged in a manner that allows it pour water on the bowl face, and a drainage opening 4 arranged on the bowl face of the sink 2. The gradientαof the washbowl mounting face 3 of the water faucet device 2 is 0 deg.<α<15 deg.. Furthermore, the surface roughness Ra of the glaze layer of the faucet mounting face 3 is set preferably less than 0.07μm, and more preferably 0.05μm or less measured by tracer type surface roughness tester, whereby the water content that may cause stains does not dwell, and drainage is secured.
