PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocking member to block a vertical frame hollow part watertight in an extremely simple procedure, to reduce working and assembling cost and to provide a blocking structure of the vertical frame hollow part favourable in weatherability and favourable in outer appearance. SOLUTION: A blocking member 20 is made by cutting a lengthy aluminum shape in correspondence with face dimensions of a vertical frame hollow part 16 to block. A caulking material is filled into the hollow part 16. The aforementioned blocking member 20 is pushed into the hollow part 16. An upper opening end part of the hollow part 16 is watertightly blocked as the caulking material is filled and a blocking end surface of a blocking wall 21 of the blocking member 20 and guide parts 26, 27 of fitting parts 22, 23 roughly make contact with inner surfaces of an outdoor side wall 13 and a partition wall 14. Thereafter, a vertical frame 2 and upper and lower frames are connected to each other by a connecting screw 7.
