PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water washing device facilitating button operation and easily usable even without lighting at night. SOLUTION: A toilet seat 81 and a toilet cover 82 installed on the upper face of a Western-style toilet bowl (a ceramic toilet bowl) 83 are respectively made of synthetic resin, and a luminous fluorescent material layer is formed on the surface, or a luminous fluorescent material is mixed in raw material synthetic resin. The toilet seat 81 and the toilet cover have different fluorescent colors. A switch panel 2 is provided with various buttons such as a stop button 20, a wash operating button 21 and a dry button, and luminous fluorescent materials 20a, 21a are provided to surround these buttons. The luminous fluorescent materials 20a, 21a are formed into a ring shape that surrounds each button and one size larger than each button. Visibility is therefore excellent.
