PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, inexpensive, and reliable novel scattering type surface treatment method and a scattering type surface treatment working vehicle used for the method. SOLUTION: A working vehicle provided with a binder scattering device 1 and an aggregate scattering device in this order from a position near to the forward side of the vehicle at the rearward position than the rear wheels of the vehicle is used. A scattering type surface treatment method in which while advancing the working vehicle, a binder and an aggregate are scattered on a road face in this order, and a scattering type surface treatment working vehicle provided with the binder scattering device and the aggregate scattering device in this order from the position near to the forward position of the vehicle at the rearward position than the rear wheels of the vehicle.
