PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polyester-based fiber product excellent in hygiene by fixing a germicide to the fiber without hardening the feeling by carrying out the transfer printing of a polyester-based fiber product by using a transfer sheet comprising a germicide or a sublimable dye containing the germicide. SOLUTION: A transfer paper having an organic germicide containing no chlorine, e.g. 3-methyl-4-isopropylphenol, or a sublimable dye containing the germicide is prepared. A transfer printing by using the transfer paper is applied to a modified polyester-based product obtained by copolymerizing a phosphorus- containing ester-foamable compound, a cationic dye-dyeable ester-formable compound, isophthalic acid or the like therewith, or kneading or copolymerizing a polyethylene glycol therewith to fix the germicide on the fiber.
