PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeder device which can prevent a strength supporting body from being induction heated, and endure heavy cutting of inner beads without enlarging a cross section area of the strength supporting body, or without lessening a cross sectional area of an impeder core. SOLUTION: This impeder device 1 comprises an impeder core 3 composed of a magnetic material, an impeder case 2 for covering the impeder core 3, and a strength supporting body (bar 6) which is installed in the impeder core 3 for supporting strength of the impeder core 3 caused by the inner bead cutting load. Also, periphery of the bar 6 is covered with a high electric conductive material (plating 6A).
