PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water production device by which electrolytic water is made to sterilizing water only by considering electrolytic condition without adding salt, and it is stored and generation of discharge water is suppressed. SOLUTION: The electrolytic water production device A is provided with an electrolytic bath 1 in which an alkaline water production part 12 arranged with a cathode 11, and an acidic water production part 14 arranged with an anode 13 are separated with a membrane 15 between them and city water added with an electrolysis accelerating agent is introduced into each of the production parts, a tank 4 in which the electrolytic water not using between the alkaline water and the acidic water produced by the electrolytic bath 1 is stored, and an auxiliary electrolytic bath 6 which is connected with the tank 4 by a circulation water pipe 5 and by which the electrolytic water in the tank 4 introduced into the bath 1 is electrolyzed to generate hypochlorous acid and produce sterilizing water containing the hypochlorous acid.
