PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a touch of a pad by connecting a bag type covering to a mounting part in an armrest body and arranging an injection port for injecting a foaming agent on the mounting part side in the covering. SOLUTION: In an armrest body A, a mounting part 4 side is formed into a cutout shape in its usage state for housing the mounting part 4 in the cutout. The mounting part 4 is installed so as to be turned in the lateral direction as the F1 direction and in the vertical direction as the F2 direction respectively. A bag type covering 1 housing a frame 31 inside is connected to the mounting part 4, and foaming liquid for molding a pad is injected into the covering 1 for carrying out foaming molding integrally with the covering 1, and the foaming liquid is injected inside the covering 1 through an injection nozzle inserted into an injection hole 10 arranged on the mounting pat 4 side in the covering 1. In this way, uncomfortableness in a seating feeling can be resolved.
