PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have many bobbins attached to and detached from a supply safely, quickly, and correctly without imposing physical labor to a worker. SOLUTION: This bobbin attaching and detaching device 10 for a supply stand 11 is equipped with: a means for turning bobbins 35 on a horizontal surface, a mechanism for elevating the bobbins 35, a means for abutting the bobbin shaft of a bobbin attaching and detaching head 15, and a means for shifting the bobbins 35 in both the directions between the shafts 12, and the tips of the shafts 12 of the stand 11 and the bobbin shaft of the head 15 are engaged with male and female tapers, to provide a collectively attaching and detaching function for plural bobbins.
