摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine rod of the diameter less than 100 nanometer and the aspect ratio exceeds 1 in such a manner that inorganic fine particles are bonded or expanded anisotropically in the orientations by the plasma excitation of the fine particles by the combination of the irradiation of polarized light or the irradiation of polarized light and a space potential gradient. SOLUTION: As to this method, the one in which inorganic fine particles in which plasma vibration in relation to the polarized light in a visible light or near infrared light region is induced by the incidence of the polarized light are carried on the surface of a solid is arranged in a dielectric medium, the polarized light is applied, and on the surface of the solid, the fine particles are linearly bonded corresponding to the plasma vibration excitation, or inorganic ions in the dielectric medium are precipitated and expanded, by which an inorganic fine rod developed till the diameter reaches <10 nanometer, and the aspect ratio exceeds 1 is formed on the surface of the solid.
