PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a sealed part of a vehicle door. SOLUTION: This sealed part structure of a vehicle door is made by inserting a lower part of a sash 41 between an outer panel 32 and an inner panel 33 of a door 12 and applying a smoothing member 60 to a step 46 produced at the insertion portion 45 to flatten a sealing surface 36 of the door 12. The smoothing member 60 is swellingly formed integral with an outer seal member 50 for sealing the door 12. |
