PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely aliquot and discharge a powdery or granular content of a specified amount by forming a measuring region of the upper region in the container and a cap member, and providing a locking mechanism, which discharges the housed content at the time of the usage only, on the cap member. SOLUTION: A container main body section 1 is vertically partitioned by the partition plate, and the inside of the container main body section 1 and the upper region 11 slightly communicate with a through hole. On the external wall 11w of the upper region 11, an undercut 11db for engagement is projected at the lower section. At the same time, on the external wall 11w of the upper region, one section extends upward more than the other section, and reaches an uppermost section 11p. At a location being slightly lower than the uppermost section 11p, an engaging claw 22c of a top plate section 22 is engaged with a recess 11b for locking. In order to place the lock under an operated state or a released state, a cap member 2 and the container main body section 1 are relatively rotated by twisting them in the opposite directions from each other, with a rotary supporting pin 11sp between the cap member 2 and the container main body section 1 as a rotating shaft. |
