PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a care-taker's body to a position over an obstacle, i.e., a wall or a pillar or the like and decrease a cost by assembling a strut or a holding bar without boring the wall or a floor. SOLUTION: One side of a flat and almost square frame member 22, i.e., 22a is installed on a bracket 4 which is provided on a strut 3 revolvably. A base edge of an arm 6 is installed on a bearing piece 27 of an upper part of a revolvable supporting bracket 26 which is installed on the other side of the frame member 22, i.e., 22b so as to be moved up and down. A driving means 7 is installed between an almost middle part of the arm 6 and the bearing piece 27 of a lower part of the supporting bracket and the care-taker H who is suspended by a hanger 9 which is suspended on a point of the arm 6 is risen and fallen by being operated the driving means 7 through a controller 10. In addition, the strut 3 is held firmly by fastening the strut 3 and a holding bar 28 with a joint member 29. |
