摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preserving method for high water content rice to be quickly cooked which can be served for a long time without fermenting the rice whose moisture value is specified in a range of 37 to 55%. SOLUTION: A packaging container comprises an oxygen absorbing multilayered body including at least three layers of an oxygen permeable layer 1 made of an oxygen permeable thermoplastic resin whose melting point is 120 deg.C or higher, an oxygen absorbing layer 2 made of an oxygen absorbing resin composition with free-oxygen absorber blended in a thermoplastic resin and a gas barrier layer 3 made of a gas barrier material wherein the three layers are laminated in this sequence, and wherein the oxygen permeable layer 1 is provided inside the container. After high water content rice to be quickly cooked is received in the packaging container and the container is sealed, sterilization with heat applied at 105 deg.C or higher is performed for preservation.
