PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid device capable of forcedly retracting the latch bolt by the manual operation, even in the case where a returning spring is not effectively operated. SOLUTION: A switch-operating board 4 is inserted into the slot 5 penetrating in the intermediate part of a latch bolt 3 in the transverse direction, and the shoulder part 19 for off-operating of a microswitch 6 is provided in the front end part of the switch-operating board 4, and a curved cam surface 12 swelled toward the hand on the side surface opposite to a bracket metal is formed in the intermediate part of the switch-operating board 4, so that the microswitch 6 is turned off by the shoulder part 19 at the time when the switch-operating board 4 is depressed. When the switch-operating board 4 is further pressed in, the curved cam surface 12 presses the peripheral part 5a of the slot 5 to separate the latch bolt 3 from the bracket metal.
