PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading working vehicle capable of modifying the track of a bucket to a desired track without any looseness of an arm. SOLUTION: A base end part is swingably attached to a prime mover frame, has an arm 25 swingably attaching a bucket 11 to the edge part, and a vehicle body rear part is provided with an engine 7. In the case, the arm 25 is provided with a main arm 8 attaching the base end part to the prime mover frame 1, a sliding arm 10 attached slidably to the main arm 8, and a slide cylinder 16 projecting the sliding arm 10 from the edge of the main arm 8. The inclined angle of the main arm 8, a stroke amount in which the sliding aim 10 projects from the main arm 8, and the inclined angle of the bucket 11 are detected to control the arm 25 so that the bucket 11 slides a desired track.
