PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the hem of a dress such as a skirt from being disordered due to opening of properly arranged legs when taking a seat on a chair. SOLUTION: This tool is obtained by installing arclike supporting pieces 4 extendedly from either one of ends 5 of main parts 3 forming a band plate state, forming two frame units 1a and 1b providing nearly the shape of J, mutually superimposing one pair of the frame units 1a and 1b on the other ends 6, freely rotatably pivoting and connecting the other ends 6 with a supporting shaft 2, opening both the frame units 1a and 1b into the shape of C with the supporting shaft 2 as a fulcrum in use, making the frame units 1a and 1b stride over the parallel arranged thigh parts, passing the supporting pieces 4 of the respective frame units 1a and 1b around the outsides of the thigh parts, nipping the thigh parts therewith, preventing legs from opening, preventing the hem of a dress from being disordered, on the other hand, folding both the frame units 1a and 1b double with the supporting shaft 2 as the fulcrum and further making the frame units 1a and 1b storable.
