PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean a material to be cleaned in a cleaning vessel by forcibly supplying high pressure air to a cleaning liquid tank and jetting a cleaning liquid having bubbles in it into the cleaning vessel through a feeding/ discharging pipe to utilize the jetting flow of the cleaning liquid and the cavitation effect caused by the breaking of the bubbles incorporated therein. SOLUTION: When a blower 29 is operated by driving a blower motor 31, the pressurized air flows in to the cleaning liquid tank 4 through a high pressure air supply pipe 9 from a discharge port 35 to pressurize the cleaning liquid L and the cleaning liquid L flows in to the cleaning vessel 5 through the feeding/ discharging pipe 7. When the water level of the cleaning liquid L is lowered and reaches the same level as that of an lower end opening of the feeding/ discharging pipe 7, the pressurized air forms the bubbles and ascends with the cleaning liquid L in the feeding/discharging pipe 7. The material O to be cleaned is efficiently cleaned by the multiplier action of the jetting action of the cleaning liquid L and the stirring action of the bubbles with the cavitation effect generated at the time of expanding and breaking the bubbles when the cleaning liquid L, in which the bubbles are incorporated, flows in to the cleaning vessel 5.
