摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce functional water by dissolving metallic ion in water by utilizing a reaction system when the water is made subcritical and to use a liquefied gas as an extraction solvent in the extraction of an organic material or the like, which causes thermal degradation at a high tamp. SOLUTION: This producing device is composed of a temporary storage tank 2 for raw water flowing in from an injection port 1 through a solenoid valve, a pump 3 for pressurizing and supplying the raw water, 5 sets of tanks 4 for forming subcritical and supercritical state under the max. 300 atm at 400 deg.C, a circulation device 5 for returning the raw water to the temporary storage tank, a device 6 for storing a dissolving liquid, a tank 7 storing the liquefied gas used as the solvent, a tank device 8 for recovering the liquefied gas after a catalytic reaction, an automatic control device 9 and a series of piping 10. The solenoid valve and a sensor for automatic control are attached to each device and further a pressure safety valve, a thermometer and a pressure gauge are attached for aiming at safety.
