SOLUTION: A computer 24 is disposed in a pachinko hall, plural insular controllers 23 for monitoring islands of the pachinko hall are connected to the lower side of the computer 24 through a first communication bus line 31, and plural ID number receiving parts incorporated in a pachinko table to receive a specified radio wave generated by a key holder for a pachinko table door opening and closing key and plural abnormal radio wave detector for catching irregular radio wave are connected to the insular controllers 23 by a second communication bus line 3. Plural video recorders 27 connected to a camera 29 installed in a pachinko hall for recording a video according to an instruction of the computer 24 are connected to the lower side of the computer 24 through a third communication bus line 30. Further, the computer 24 is disposed under the control of a 24-hour monitoring computer 26 through the national spread information network 25 by a fourth communication bus line 32 of a general public telephone line.
