PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rice planting machine instantaneously declutching a fertilization clutch when a lifting/lowering control lever is set at an operation stop position, notwithstanding the state of a planting clutch. SOLUTION: This rice planting machine is provided with a mechanism, in the case of carrying out a declutching operation of a planting clutch C in engaging state by shifting a lifting/lowering control lever 13 from planting position to lowering position, a fertilizing clutch F is instantaneously declutched by transmitting a control force from a first actuating member 101 via a fertilization clutch operating member 104 while retaining the planting clutch C in an engaging state until reaching a timing capable of declutching due to a flexibility of a rectangular hole 102A and when reaching the timing capable of declutching, the declutching operation is carried out by an energizing force of a spring 111 actuating to a planting clutch operating member 105.
